In order to thoroughly study, publicize, and implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, implement the Wuzhou City's "Escorting the 20th National Congress - One Theme Per Month" July Red Rule of Law Public Legal Education Theme Publicity Campaign, and promote Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law into government agencies and schools. On July 13th and 15th, Huang Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to give special lectures on Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law at the Wuzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Wuzhou People's Police Training School, respectively.

In this lecture, lawyer Huang Jianjun gave an in-depth interpretation of "Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law", and combined rich and vivid videos and cases, focusing on the great significance and core essence of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, as well as "Strengthening the implementation and supervision of the Constitution and safeguarding the authority of the Constitution", "Promoting scientific legislation and improving the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics", "Strictly administering according to law and accelerating the construction of a government under the rule of law", "Adhering to fair justice", "Enhancing the awareness of the rule of law among all people", and "Building a high-quality team of the rule of law", lawyer Huang Jianjun systematically explained and deeply interpreted Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, enabling the leading cadres and police students who listened to the lecture to improve their political standing, integrate the four words "learn, think, practice, and understand" throughout, enhance their awareness of the rule of law, and help promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to develop in depth.
