On July 20th, Ou Xiuling, a lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, was invited by the Third Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. of Guangxi Construction Engineering Group (hereinafter referred to as the Third Construction Company of the District) to conduct labor relations business training for them. Leaders and employees of the Third Construction Company of the District participated in this training activity, and lawyers Qiu Guohui and Xie Jiayi (intern) from the Liuzhou Office also participated in the study.

The training activity lasted for 1 day, and the training content was divided into two parts: theoretical study and practical training. The morning focused on theoretical study, with a course explanation on the theme of "Labor Employment Compliance Management and Risk Prevention Special Training"; the afternoon focused on practical training, with a mock court trial of labor cases, and analysis and comments on the rehearsed cases and rehearsal situation. In the morning lecture, Lawyer Ou Xiuling started from the employment needs of enterprises, aimed at the difficulties and pain points of enterprise employment, and focused on the practical discussion of the termination of labor contracts, etc., to establish risk prevention awareness for enterprise employment; in the afternoon case drill and analysis part, Lawyer Ou Xiuling focused on labor cases and labor arbitration procedures, conducted a mock court trial with enterprise employees, and analyzed and commented on the drill results, so that enterprise employees could experience and perceive the resolution process of labor dispute disputes and the legal risks and countermeasures of enterprise labor employment through arbitration court trials.
