Early summer in June is the best time for outings. On June 26th, the Tongwang Youth Lawyers Committee organized an outdoor team building activity with the theme of "Youth Comes at the Right Time, Dreams Set Sail" in the suburbs of Nanning. More than 50 young lawyers from Tongwang Nanning Office participated in this activity.
Activity 1: Free Sharing
Stealing a moment of leisure, accompanied by the summer breeze, the young lawyers gathered in groups of three or five, in the natural environment of birds and flowers, and beautiful scenery, to exchange and share topics such as business areas, family life, and anecdotes.
Activity 2: Barbecue Activity
Setting up the stove, making a fire, grilling, brushing oil, applying seasonings... With mutual cooperation and coordination, the young lawyers showed off their "skills".
Activity 3: Birthday Party
Tongwang Law Firm is a big family, and every lawyer, intern, and administrative staff member is a member of the big family. Holding birthday parties for family members is one of Tongwang Law Firm's traditional cultures.
As the sun set, accompanied by the singing of birthday blessings, the birthday party of the team building activity began. The "birthday stars" who participated in the birthday party received everyone's blessings in the singing and applause.
Activity 4: Brilliant Fireworks
As night fell, free exchange and sharing, barbecue, and music continued, and brilliant fireworks bloomed in the night sky, adding a beautiful landscape to the team building activity.
This activity not only enriched the amateur cultural life of Tongwang's young lawyers, but also enhanced their communication and exchanges with each other, and enhanced team cohesion. With one heart and one mind, living up to expectations, Tongwang's young lawyers are a group full of vigor and dreams. They are proficient in professional work and enthusiastic about public welfare. They will surely stand at a new starting point, provide more high-quality and efficient legal services to the society, and contribute their due share to the vigorous development of the Guangxi legal profession.
