On the afternoon of May 27, 2022, the fifth business training of the Guangxi Lawyers Association Education and Training Base in 2022 was successfully held at Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm. This training was jointly conducted by Chen Zhen, Deputy Director of the Criminal Professional Committee of Guangxi Lawyers Association and Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, and Liao Jun, Deputy Director of the Legal Aid and Public Legal Affairs Committee of Guangxi Lawyers Association and Partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, with the theme of "Compliance Management in Lawyer Practice". Nearly 50 lawyers from the region participated in this training.

"How to better carry out corporate compliance business is the most concerning issue for lawyers today." When lecturing, Liao Jun guided lawyers to carry out compliance business from three aspects: legality, practicality, and variability. She first introduced the basic overview of compliance management, elaborated on the relevant meanings of compliance and compliance management, and explained the importance of compliance management to the development of enterprises, so that lawyers have a clear and clear understanding of compliance and compliance management. Secondly, Liao Jun introduced three types of criminal compliance business, civil and commercial compliance business, and administrative compliance business. Lawyers should give play to their professional advantages in compliance management and combine compliance management with lawyer business to better guide the actual work of lawyers.

Starting from a typical case of corporate compliance issued by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Chen Zhen told the participating lawyers in detail how to make a special plan for corporate compliance in commercial bribery. In the lecture, she introduced: "Carrying out pilot projects for corporate compliance reform in cases is an important institutional innovation for the procuratorial organs to fully implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, give full play to the advantages of procuratorial functions, promote enterprises to operate in accordance with laws and regulations, and serve the high-quality development of the economy and society. After two years of pilot projects, the system has continuously released judicial dividends." Finally, she also reminded lawyers to abide by the professional ethics and practice discipline of lawyers, abide by business secrets, and diligently provide professional legal services to clients to avoid their own legal risks when participating in corporate compliance business.
This training not only deepened the professional theory of compliance management for the lawyers who participated in the training, but also enhanced the ability of lawyers to participate in corporate compliance business in practice, which helped lawyers to continuously improve their professional ability.
