Zhang Anliang, the patient's family member, had doubts about the hospital's diagnosis process, believing that the hospital was at fault, and applied for legal aid out of helplessness due to his old age and family difficulties.
After receiving the case, the representing lawyer, through repeated communication with the aided person Zhang Anliang and analysis of the basic case and case materials, believed that the hospital was at fault in the diagnosis and treatment process in this case.
