On the afternoon of May 20, 2022, Lawyer Tang Deren, Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to give a special lecture on "The Obligations of Medical Staff under the Background of the Civil Code" and "Interpretation of the Physician Law" for Guangxi Chest Hospital (the Fourth People's Hospital of the Autonomous Region). This lecture was held in the form of "offline main venue + online sub-venue", and more than 700 cadres and employees of the hospital participated in the training.

In the training of "The Obligations of Medical Staff under the Background of the Civil Code", Lawyer Tang Deren combined the relevant legal provisions of medical institutions and medical practitioners with his own experience as a physician and lawyer, explained the law with cases, and explained the 20 obligations of medical staff in detail and vividly through the real-life dispute cases that occurred in the hospital.

Subsequently, Lawyer Tang Deren summarized and refined 14 keywords from multiple perspectives such as the background of promulgation and practice rules, and interpreted the "Physician Law" which came into effect on March 1 this year for medical staff in detail. This amendment was introduced against the background of the whole nation fighting against the COVID-19 epidemic, which reflects the special characteristics of the era from "white angels" to "white warriors", and added a chapter on safeguard measures; the use of drugs beyond the scope is a common problem for medical staff, and it has also been improved and resolved in this amendment.

Finally, Lawyer Tang Deren gave a detailed interpretation of the relevant legal provisions in the practice measures.

Finally, Lawyer Chen Jianwei carefully explained the revised version of the three most commonly used contracts of the participating units, interpreted their meanings word by word, explained the reasons for their revisions, and made targeted analysis of common problems in contract review and proposed solutions. For the contracts used daily, the participants actively spoke, asked questions about the actual work, and Lawyer Chen Jianwei answered and explained them one by one.

In the final Q&A session, Lawyer Chen Jianwei answered questions for the participants on the spot and discussed practical hot spots and business pain points together. The two sides had a heated discussion, so that the participating units successively cancelled other follow-up activities and extended the original one-hour training to two hours.
