In order to fully mobilize all sectors of society to jointly resolve conflicts and disputes, promote the establishment of a labor dispute mediation linkage mechanism, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprise employees, on April 26, Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, Wuzhou Wanshou District People's Court, Wuzhou Federation of Trade Unions, Wuzhou Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee, and Guangxi Wuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee jointly established the Pre-litigation Mediation Service Center for the Rights and Interests of Park Enterprise Employees at the Chengdong People's Court of Wuzhou Wanshou District People's Court, holding an unveiling and signing ceremony. Huang Jianjun, director of Tongwang Wuzhou Branch, and Ji Laikun, deputy director, and his party of 5 people attended the event.
In this event, representatives of the five units jointly unveiled the service center and signed a co-construction agreement, and visited the court environment. They also went to the Guangxi Wuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee to conduct discussions and exchanges with representatives of trade unions of various enterprises on how to carry out the work of the pre-litigation mediation service center for the rights and interests of park enterprise employees and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprise employees.
