On the afternoon of March 29th, Zhao Zhijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the Autonomous Region High People's Court, Tong Haixia, Director of the Trial Committee Office and Second-Level Senior Judge, Zhang Xiuping, Deputy Director of the Enforcement Bureau and Second-Level Senior Judge, Wen Dong, Presiding Judge of the Case Filing Tribunal, Tan Qinghua, Presiding Judge of the First Civil Trial Tribunal, Zhao Bo, Director of the Technology Department, Xie Dasi, Judge Assistant of the Case Filing Tribunal, and eight other people, accompanied by Li Anhua, President of the Guangxi Lawyers Association, and Nong Fenghua, Secretary-General, visited Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm to conduct research on several matters such as civil trial, enforcement, and litigation services of the People's Court.
Huang Qiangguang, director of this firm, Wang Qianfeng and Nong Xuan, executive directors, Mo Liangzhi and Chen Zhen, deputy directors, reported to the research team on five aspects: joint training of judges, prosecutors, and lawyers, the introduction of the Guangxi lawyer investigation order system, the enforcement work of the People's Court, how to improve the litigation legal services of the People's Court in the context of epidemic prevention and control, the technological convenience of litigation, and the relevant situation of protecting lawyers' practice rights, and put forward the opinions and suggestions of this firm.
Zhao Zhijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the Autonomous Region High People's Court, said that the lawyer team and the judge team are both legal professional communities.
