On the afternoon of March 18, 2022, Tang Deren, Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, was invited by the consultant unit, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Brain Hospital, to conduct a special training on "The Obligations of Medical Staff under the Background of the Civil Code".
After the implementation and entry into force of the Civil Code, there are often some misunderstandings about the obligations of medical personnel. Combining his own practical experience, lawyer Tang Deren summarized 20 obligations of medical personnel, and gave his own suggestions on what precautions should be taken when medical personnel perform their obligations and how to protect medical personnel. Lawyer Tang Deren combined the cases he had handled and explained them in a simple and easy-to-understand way, and the classroom atmosphere was warm.
This training adopted an online + offline synchronous linkage method. More than 800 people from the entire hospital participated in the study. Everyone said that Lawyer Tang provided methods for solving problems encountered in clinical practice through the sharing of his usual legal practice experience, which was very beneficial.
