Notice on Matters Concerning the Charging Price Standards for Water, Electricity, and Gas for Commercial and Office Buildings Actually Used for Residential Purposes

To the People's Governments of each urban district, the Management Committee of the Development Zone, Nanning Power Supply Bureau, Guangxi Lucheng Water Company, Nanning Dasha Tian Water Supply Company, Nanning Zhongran Company, and all relevant units and individuals:

In order to practice the development thought centered on the people, fully promote the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses" to go deeper and more solid, and effectively reduce the living costs of citizens, with the approval of the Municipal People's Government, the relevant matters concerning the charging price standards for water, electricity, and gas for commercial and office buildings actually used for residential purposes are hereby notified as follows:

1. For commercial and office buildings actually used for residential purposes constructed on state-owned construction land in Nanning City (excluding Wuming District), the water, electricity, and gas charges can be implemented according to civil price standards after the application is submitted by the property owner or lessee and verified and approved by the relevant departments of the district or development zone where the building is located.

2. The property owner or lessee applying for water, electricity, and gas charges to be implemented according to civil price standards shall fill in 《Application Form for Implementing Civil Price Standards for Water, Electricity, and Gas for Commercial and Office Buildings Actually Used for Residential Purposes in Nanning City》(see attachment) , the property management company of the residential area shall conduct a preliminary verification of the actual use of the house and sign the application form with the official seal (if there is no property management company in the residential area, the neighborhood committee of the community shall conduct a preliminary verification and affix the seal), and the application form shall be finally verified and confirmed by the housing construction department of the district or development zone where it is located.

3. The property owner or lessee shall hold the verified application form and apply to the water, electricity, and gas departments for the implementation of water, electricity, and gas prices according to civil price standards.

4. If the property owner or lessee of the house is changed, it is necessary to re-declare in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.

5. Wuming District and all counties (cities) may refer to this for implementation.

This notice shall be implemented from the date of issuance.
