On the evening of February 24th, Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm held a firm-wide meeting themed "Thinking about Tongwang's Development from My Perspective." Director Huang Jianjun, Deputy Director He Fei, Deputy Director Ji Laikun, and all lawyers, intern lawyers, and administrative staff attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the lawyers took turns speaking on the topic of "Thinking about Tongwang's Development from My Perspective." Everyone expressed their opinions freely, actively offering suggestions and advice on their feelings in Tongwang, the shortcomings of the firm, the development of specialization and teamwork, the expansion of new businesses, and marketing. Many useful opinions and suggestions were put forward.
Finally, the three partners, Huang Jianjun, He Fei, and Ji Laikun, respectively summarized the meeting, putting forward new goals and plans from the aspects of improving departmental specialization, expanding the scope of business, strengthening business learning, and improving talent training.
