On the afternoon of December 24, Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm and Guangxi Xinhang Law Firm jointly organized a salon exchange activity with the theme of "Helping the Development of Young Lawyers." This event aims to promote exchanges between law firms and young lawyers, explore and solve problems encountered in the practice process, and help the development of young lawyers. Huang Jianjun, director of Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, and Zhong Jian, director of Xinhang Law Firm, as well as young lawyers from the two firms, participated in this salon event.
In this salon, Huang Jianjun, director of Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, first gave a presentation on the theme of "How to Identify Illegal Evidence Obtained by Threat, Inducement, or Deception." Director Huang Jianjun used videos and pictures combined with his own experience in handling criminal cases to vividly and simply explain to the lawyers the importance and methods of excluding illegal evidence. The lawyers listened very carefully and took notes from time to time.
Subsequently, Zhong Jian, director of Xinhang Law Firm, shared his experience in the growth of young lawyers. Director Zhong explained based on his own experience. He mentioned that to become a mature lawyer, one must first understand oneself, understand the legal profession, understand market needs, and constantly learn and cultivate "internal skills." Secondly, combine one's professional abilities to clarify short-term and long-term goals and strive for the goals.
This salon event also set up a session for young lawyers to exchange ideas. The young lawyers present raised questions they had during their internship or practice, and asked questions to the senior lawyers present. The senior lawyers answered the questions of the young lawyers one by one, and had full and effective exchanges and interactions with each other.
This salon activity promoted exchanges between lawyers from the two firms and improved the professional capabilities of young lawyers. The passionate sharing of several senior lawyers triggered more exchanges and interactions among young lawyers. Everyone said that the holding of the young lawyers salon provided us with a platform for learning and exchange. With so many seniors here to impart experience and answer questions, it is a good improvement to our own abilities.
