On the afternoon of December 10, 2021, Su Weizhong, a full-time member of the Wuzhou People's Procuratorate Procuratorial Committee, conducted a research on the cooperation between the procuratorate and lawyers at Tongwang Wuzhou Branch and held a discussion. Liu Yun, Chief of the Lawyer Work Section of the Wuzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice, accompanied the research. Su Weizhong, a full-time member of the Municipal Procuratorate, sought lawyers' opinions and suggestions on the cooperation between the procuratorate and lawyers, and conducted in-depth exchanges on how to strengthen the cooperation between the procuratorate and lawyers.
Huang Jianjun, director of Tongwang Wuzhou Branch, put forward opinions and suggestions on how to further protect lawyers' rights to consult files, rights to meet, listen to lawyers' defense opinions, and lawyers' in-depth participation in the work of pleading guilty and accepting punishment. He Fei, Liang Pei, and Chen Mei, lawyers, expressed their opinions and suggestions on listening to lawyers' opinions on civil litigation supervision cases in the procuratorate, accurate sentencing in the procedure of pleading guilty and accepting punishment, and the construction of a communication platform for procuratorial and legal services.
Su Weizhong listened carefully to the lawyers' opinions and suggestions, and thanked all the lawyers of Tongwang Wuzhou Branch for their active participation in the research.
