National Constitution Day is a holiday established to enhance the constitutional awareness of the whole society, promote the constitutional spirit, strengthen the implementation of the Constitution, and comprehensively promote the rule of law. It was adopted at the 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress, and the time is December 4 every year. The establishment of "National Constitution Day" is an important ceremony, conveying the concept of governing the country according to the Constitution and ruling according to the Constitution, which is conducive to promoting a social atmosphere in which the whole country respects the Constitution, the Constitution is supreme, and the Constitution is used to safeguard the rights and interests of the people.
In order to welcome the eighth National Constitution Day in China, on December 4, 2021, the Party Branch of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm sent lawyers Ou Xiuling, Jiang Yi, Wu Tenglong, and Xie Jiayi (intern) to Liuzhou People's Hospital and Jintaiyuan Community, Yanjiang Street, Chengzhong District, Liuzhou City to carry out the theme party day activity of "National Constitution Day".
In this activity, knowledge about the National Constitution Day was popularized to the public through the distribution of publicity brochures and on-site reception of consultations.
