Lin Ziguang gave a lecture entitled "Legal Risks and Case Analysis under EPC+ Financing Model", covering eight aspects: what is EPC model, the difference between several models, China's requirements for the engineering general contracting model, the risks of EPC model, how to avoid EPC risks, the financing model of EPC, the legal risks of the financing model, and other difficult issues. At the same time, combined with relevant cases, he elaborated on the risks of the EPC model and put forward feasible suggestions on how to avoid EPC risks.
After the course, Lin Ziguang also interacted with the on-site personnel and answered the questions raised by the on-site personnel one by one.
