For the 25th anniversary of Tongwang, from September 25th to 29th, 2021, Tongwang held the "First Tongwang Young Lawyers' Quality Assessment Competition". The quality assessment competition was divided into legal writing competitions and mock trials. This competition is one of the series of activities for the 25th anniversary of Tongwang. The participants are young lawyers and intern lawyers of Tongwang who have been practicing for less than five years, including the head office and all branch offices.
The legal writing competition was held simultaneously in four venues: Nanning Office, Liuzhou Office, Qinzhou Office, and Wuzhou Office. The document types of the legal writing competition were mainly legal documents such as civil complaints and lawyer's letters that are common in lawyer business. The legal writing competition works will be judged by a panel of senior lawyers from Tongwang to determine the ranking.

The mock court was held by Tongwang Nanning Office, Liuzhou Office, Qinzhou Office, and Wuzhou Office in the location of each office. Nanning Office held 2 mock court sessions, and Liuzhou Office, Qinzhou Office, and Wuzhou Office each held 1 mock court session.
The case adopted in the mock court was a construction project construction contract dispute case. After full preparation by the participating members, the mock court focused on key issues such as project abandonment settlement and project quality identification under the lump-sum contract. Under the orderly organization of the collegial panel, the plaintiff and defendant demonstrated their respective styles in terms of legal facts, evidence presentation and cross-examination, and questioning. Each mock court also invited lawyers from the Tongwang Construction Project Real Estate Legal Affairs Department to provide on-site comments on the mock court based on practical experience. The mock court will be judged by a panel of senior lawyers from Tongwang to determine the ranking.
