The lawyers and the person in charge of the enterprise had a face-to-face understanding of the enterprise's situation, and strictly followed the 112 indicators in the "Evaluation Index of Rule of Law Physical Examination of Private Enterprises" regarding the rule of law environment and operational risks of private enterprises, including company establishment, increase and decrease of capital, directors, supervisors and senior managers, equity transfer, contract management, financial system, investment and financing, and human resource management, and used the lawyer's risk analysis to help enterprises do a good job in legal risk prevention and control.
