On the afternoon of August 27, 2021, the 12th lawyer business training of the Guangxi Lawyers Association Lawyer Education and Training Base in 2021 was held at Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm. Yu Kun, director of the tax-related legal affairs department of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, gave a lecture on the theme of "Tax Risk Management and Response of the Lawyer Industry under the Trend of 'Governing Taxation with Data'." More than 60 lawyers from the region participated in the training.
Combining the new trend of the tax authorities' reform of "simplifying administration, delegating powers, and improving services," Yu Kun introduced the tax treatment of the lawyer industry, analyzed the tax-related pain points faced by the lawyer industry, pointed out the misunderstandings in the tax management of the lawyer industry and suspected violations in practice, and clarified the corresponding legal and tax liability risks with cases.
Finally, Yu Kun shared measures and ideas for improving the financial and tax management of the lawyer industry, hoping that through this training, the lawyers present would fully recognize the tax collection and management situation of "allowing those who keep their promises to walk on the sunny road, and those who lose their promises to cross the single-plank bridge," so as to lay a solid foundation for better developing legal business.
