On June 3, 2021, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group (referred to as Beibu Gulf Investment Group), the consulting unit, held a training course on "Labor Relationship Management Practices and Case Analysis" to improve the labor relationship management level and legal risk awareness of managers of the group's affiliated enterprises in response to the needs of enterprise compliance management and business development. Wang Ximan, senior partner of this firm, was invited to give a special lecture for the training course.

In view of the business areas, characteristics, and current labor employment management situation involved in Beibu Gulf Investment Group, Wang Ximan analyzed the training needs and combined her more than ten years of experience in handling labor disputes. She divided the training into four sections: employment model and risk management, labor contract management, wage security for migrant workers and work-related injury handling, and labor dispute handling skills. Taking problems as the guidance, through the form of case analysis, she analyzed and exchanged common legal risks and prevention points in labor relationship management.

This course was welcomed by the management personnel of various enterprises. More than 200 people, including the heads of human resources departments of enterprises at all levels within the group and relevant personnel in labor relations management, participated in the training through the video system in three branch venues in addition to the main venue of Beibu Gulf Building.
