The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the rural revitalization strategy, defining agriculture and rural areas as the priority development direction for the country's future. The 'rule of law in rural areas' guarantees the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, playing a fundamental, service-oriented, and safeguarding role in rural revitalization. By providing high-quality legal services, lawyers play a very important role in building the 'rule of law in rural areas,' resolving social conflicts, and promoting the rule of law in rural governance. Guangxi Agriculture Radio and Television School and Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, based on the new development stage, implementing the new development concept, and building a new development pattern, jointly established the Guangxi High-Quality Farmer Training (Guangxi Tongwang) Legal Service Base to help our region's rural revitalization strategy through lectures, consultations, and other methods.
On May 13, 2021, Zuo Renken, Director of the Administrative Management Supervision Committee and Senior Partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, and Yu Kun, Head of the Tax Legal Affairs Department, provided legal training for the second phase of the 2021 Guangxi Rural Entrepreneur Talent Training Class (Rural Entrepreneur Improvement Class). This training class was organized by Guangxi Agriculture Radio and Television School, with more than 100 participants including Guangxi rural entrepreneur talents (high-quality farmers), modern young farm owners, and agricultural managers from the region.

In the first part of the training, Zuo Renken gave a lecture on the theme of 'China's Land Management Legal System'. Lawyer Zuo Renken gave an in-depth and simple explanation of the land management system closely related to the operation of rural enterprises, including the basic system of land ownership in China, the procedures for resolving land disputes, land contracting, land transfer, and the mechanism for resolving land contractual management right disputes. He answered questions and provided solutions for the students based on practical cases, and provided professional legal advice on land issues that may be encountered in the operation of rural enterprises.

In the second part of the training, Yu Kun gave a special lecture on 'Analysis of Tax Policies and Risk Prevention for Agricultural Enterprises'. Lawyer Yu Kun skillfully used practical cases and adopted an interactive approach to give a detailed interpretation of how agricultural enterprises can do a good job in tax risk management from three aspects: analysis of agricultural tax preferential policies, the situation of tax supervision under the new situation, and identification of tax risks of agricultural enterprises. Among them, Lawyer Yu Kun focused on explaining the issues that are easily confused in the implementation of agricultural tax preferential policies, the legal risks of false invoicing in the agricultural product industry, and other knowledge, guiding students to correctly understand tax policies and establish awareness of compliance and risk prevention.

While giving lectures, in order to effectively solve the legal problems encountered by the students in their business operations, young lawyers Shi Lu, Huang Jiaqi, Huang Guanran, and Bu Wen (intern) from Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm also provided point-to-point and face-to-face answers and solutions for the students, providing practical and feasible opinions for the legal problems encountered by the students, allowing the students to fully realize the importance of learning and understanding the law, and using the law to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
