To revitalize the nation, we must revitalize the countryside. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made comprehensively promoting rural revitalization a major task for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and are mobilizing the efforts of the entire Party and society to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. The Party Committee and the People's Government of the Autonomous Region have placed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy as a priority in the work of the entire region, requiring Party committees and governments at all levels to scientifically plan the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and comprehensively promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Guangxi Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School and Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, based on the new development stage, implementing the new development concept, and building a new development pattern, jointly established the Guangxi High-Quality Farmer Training (Guangxi Tongwang) Legal Service Base to popularize legal knowledge for high-quality farmers, agricultural managers, modern young farm owners, agricultural leading talents, new agricultural business entities, and service entity leaders in management, professional production, and skill services, and improve their awareness and ability to produce and operate in accordance with the law, and help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in our region.

On April 28, 2021, Huang Yuhua, director of the expert advisory committee of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, Chen Zhen, deputy director of the administrative management committee, and young lawyers Shi Lu, Huang Guanran, and Bu Wen (intern) jointly conducted a lecture on the theme of "Agricultural E-commerce and the Rule of Law" for the first phase of the 2021 Guangxi Rural Entrepreneur Talent Training Class. This training class was organized by Guangxi Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School, and more than 100 people from new agricultural business entities such as large planting and breeding households, family farms, and small and micro agricultural enterprises from cities and counties participated in the training.

This lecture adopted a combination of expert interpretation of laws and lawyers' explanation of practical cases. First, Lawyer Huang Yuhua, combined with her many years of legal practice experience, gave a key interpretation of the legal issues closely related to agricultural e-commerce in the "E-commerce Law." Then, lawyers Chen Zhen, Shi Lu, Huang Guanran, and Bu Wen (intern) interacted with the students by explaining typical cases related to agricultural e-commerce. The teaching content was simple and easy to understand, humorous, and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and the interaction was enthusiastic. After class, the lecturing lawyers also provided one-on-one, face-to-face Q&A for the students, encouraging them to be honest, work hard to get rich, actively study and use the law, protect their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law, and jointly create a good atmosphere of learning, abiding by, and using the law.

Through this special legal lecture activity, the students said that they have benefited a lot, and hope that in the future, they can carry out legal popularization and legal practice service activities through the legal service base, learn more legal knowledge, so as to further improve their awareness and ability to produce and operate in accordance with the law, and better contribute to Guangxi's rural revitalization. Mo Jialing, vice president of Guangxi Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School, participated in the legal lecture activity throughout the whole process, and he fully affirmed the lecture. At the same time, he hopes that the Guangxi High-Quality Farmer Training (Guangxi Tongwang) Legal Service Base will send more excellent lawyers to participate in the training and cultivation activities of Guangxi high-quality farmers in the future, so as to promote the construction of a rule-of-law countryside and help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in our region.
