Introduction
Enterprise safety production has always been a top priority in the production and operation of enterprises. The Amendment to the Criminal Law (XI) has made many amendments to this. In order to enhance the legal awareness of enterprise personnel, improve the awareness of compliant production management of various departments and personnel, and inject new impetus into the rapid and efficient development of enterprises, the Criminal Department of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm organized lawyers to actively enter enterprises to carry out a series of lectures on "The Impact of the Amendment to the Criminal Law (XI) on Enterprise Safety Production".
On the afternoon of April 23, Chen Zhen, Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm and Deputy Director of the Criminal Department, was invited to Guotou Guangxi Wind Power Co., Ltd. to conduct a legal knowledge lecture. Lawyer Chen Zhen systematically interpreted the background of the promulgation of the "Amendment to the Criminal Law (XI)", the comparison and interpretation of the old and new legal provisions, and combined with practical cases and hot events to deeply analyze the common legal problems of enterprises in safe production and operation. Finally, Lawyer Chen Zhen also focused on introducing the pilot work of the enterprise compliance non-prosecution system reform. Lawyer Chen Zhen said that there is no small matter in safe production, and any small flaw may cause irreparable accidents. In order to prevent criminal legal risks in enterprises, it is particularly important to build enterprise criminal compliance, which is an indispensable and important part of enterprise compliance management.
