On December 10, 2020, Wang Ximan was invited to lecture for the "2020 Training Class for Leaders of Practical Talents in Entrepreneurship and Enriching the People by the Organization Department of the Central Committee and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs." This training class was organized by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The training theme focused on industrial poverty alleviation in poor areas, re-entrepreneurship of farmers, and grassroots governance in rural areas. The training targets included large farmers, family farm owners, heads of farmer cooperatives, heads and management backbones of new agricultural business entities such as small and micro agricultural enterprises. This training class was organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and the District Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, with more than 100 participants.

Combining the actual situation of the training class, Wang Ximan gave a lecture on the theme of "How the Civil Code Affects Our Daily Life", using case analysis to explain the framework and basic content of the Civil Code in an easy-to-understand way. The lecture focused on interpreting the effective conditions of civil legal acts, how to understand "the actor has the corresponding capacity for civil conduct", "the expression of intent is authentic", how to use the "Civil Code" to guide people's daily behavior, and ideas for handling rural agricultural disputes, which was well received by the students.
