The partnership meeting on March 4th and 5th reviewed and approved the partnership applications of 11 lawyers, including Liu Zhirong and Yu Kun, and elected the new leadership team of the Tongwang Administrative Management Committee, as well as the director and deputy director of the new Administrative Management Supervision Committee. The meeting also reviewed and approved the Administrative Management Committee's "Opinions and Suggestions on Further Strengthening the Firm's Construction and Management," providing policy guarantees for building the Guangxi Tongwang high-end comprehensive service consortium.

Through democratic and open voting, this meeting elected the new members of the Administrative Management Committee and the Supervisory Committee.

After discussion and decision by the new Administrative Management Committee, it was unanimously agreed to hire the director, deputy director, and members of the Expert Advisory Committee.

On March 6, the Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm 2021 Work Conference was grandly held in the Natian Villa report hall. This conference was hosted by Executive Director Wang Qianfeng and Nong Xuan.

After welcoming 28 new members to join the Tongwang family, Huang Qiangguang, Director of the Administrative Management Committee, informed all employees about the relevant situation of the partnership meeting, summarized the work of the entire firm in 2019-2020, and deployed the work of the entire firm in 2021.

Director Huang Qiangguang summarized the achievements and shortcomings of Tongwang in the past two years, clarified the core values and basic system of the law firm, established Tongwang's future development program and goals, and put forward requirements for all Tongwang people and specific plans for the development of Tongwang.

Director Huang Qiangguang pointed out that Tongwang's future vision is for the law firm to be strong and for lawyers to have a future, and to build a top local strong firm. In the specific implementation plan, Director Huang Qiangguang emphasized seven key points: first, to build a "Guangxi Tongwang high-end comprehensive service consortium"; second, to redefine the key areas of administrative management and service, and to specialize management and service; third, to enrich administrative management strength; fourth, to strengthen supervision; fifth, to expand external liaison platforms and give play to the role of expert consultants; sixth, to strengthen and improve the construction of professional departments and enhance market competitiveness; seventh, to further strengthen service quality and risk management.

The second stage of the meeting was held on the afternoon of March 6, which was divided into three parts. The first part was a presentation by Huang Yuhua, Director of the Expert Advisory Committee, on Tongwang's relevant rules and regulations, professional ethics/discipline/risk; the second part was group study and discussion; and the third part was the management committee members' response to the opinions and suggestions raised in the group discussion.

The growth of young lawyers has always been one of the themes of the conference. In the exchange activities on the evening of March 6, the Tongwang Youth Committee divided the newly hired members into six groups and set up six exchange topics to present the themes in the form of an evening micro-forum. In a short period of time, the new members presented sincere and creative works, winning applause from everyone.

In the past 2019-2020, Tongwang has seen a number of outstanding employees. Among them, Yang Xiaotang and Huang He were awarded the "Touching Tongwang Person Award", Jiang Yi was awarded the "Rising Star Award", Yu Kun and Ling Dan were awarded the "Hard Work Award", Huang Xuni and the Guangxi PetroChina Annual Legal Counsel Service Team (Qinzhou) were awarded the "Team Spirit Award", He Shumin was awarded the "Excellent Performance Award", and Huang Wenxin was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award".

On the day of the meeting, coinciding with the upcoming International Women's Day, in order to celebrate the festival for all the female colleagues in the firm, the Tongwang Management Committee carefully prepared three surprises to send festive blessings to the female colleagues.

On the morning of March 7, 2021, the work exchange between the members of the first Administrative Management Committee and the new Administrative Management Committee was held in the Party Building Live Broadcast Center of Natian Villa.
