On August 27, 2020, lawyer Chen Yi, deputy director of Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm, was invited by the consultant unit Guangxi Qinzhou Tiancheng Property Service Co., Ltd. to conduct a special training on "Property Management in the Era of the Civil Code." Leaders and core management personnel of the company participated in the study and training.

With the rapid development of urban construction and the real estate industry in China, property services have become a popular concern in recent years. Many new or revised articles of the "Civil Code" respond to the actual needs of China. The "Civil Code" is a milestone in the development history of the property management industry. It has made a series of adjustments and regulations on property service activities from different perspectives, which has a huge role in promoting the standardized development of the property service industry in accordance with the law; at the same time, it puts forward many higher requirements for property service enterprises. Faced with such a major change, if we cannot update our legal knowledge in time, deeply study and master the relevant provisions of the "Civil Code", we will not be able to adapt to the requirements of property management services in the era of the "Civil Code", which may lead to errors and deviations in property management services, which will not only damage the legitimate rights and interests of owners, but also directly affect the credibility of enterprise management services and the operating efficiency of enterprises.

Lawyer Chen Yi combined the specific legal provisions closely related to property service enterprises in the property rights chapter, contract chapter, and tort liability chapter of the "Civil Code", as well as the latest provisions of the "Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Property Management Regulations" that will take effect on January 1, 2021, and conducted in-depth analysis and interpretation, and through specific cases, analyzed the significant impact of the new regulations on property management in a multi-faceted, multi-angle, multi-level, objective and vivid manner. Lawyer Chen Yi gave specific opinions and suggestions on how property companies can accurately foresee the legal consequences of their actions and minimize the legal risks of management.
Through three hours of training, the participants said that they had gained a lot, learned a lot of new legal knowledge of property management, and will certainly implement the provisions of the "Civil Code" into specific property management service work in the future, manage and serve in accordance with the law, provide owners with better and more in-place property services, and create a harmonious and warm sunny home ruled by law.
