In order to effectively implement the various deployments of the Training Department of the Guangxi Lawyers Association Secretariat on the "Work Arrangement for the Second Phase of the 2020 On-site Interactive Exchange Meeting for Lawyers Applying for Practice in the Whole Region", promote the orderly development of the offline exchange meeting, and enrich and enhance the effectiveness of centralized training, give full play to the leading role of young Guangxi lawyers in the reserve force of the lawyer team. On the afternoon of July 18, the first offline exchange meeting of the centralized training class for practicing lawyers in Liuzhou Station with the theme of "Inheritance and Development of the Legal Profession" was held in Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm. The meeting was hosted by Zhou Xinghai, partner of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm and a student of the first phase of Guangxi Youth Training Camp. Li Jie, Vice President of Liuzhou Lawyers Association, Chen Shanrong, Vice President, and three students of the first phase of Guangxi Young Lawyers Leading Talents Training Camp, Zeng Feng, Liao Qifang, and Zhao Jianyong, attended the meeting.

This offline exchange meeting for lawyers applying for practice in the whole region is the first session held in Liuzhou. At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Chen Shanrong delivered a welcome speech. He mentioned that "the exchange meeting of young lawyers provides a very good opportunity for young lawyers to improve their practice skills, recognize the hardships of lawyer work, and understand the development of the lawyer profession", encouraging the students present to actively exchange and interact with senior lawyers, and placing high hopes on the future development of young lawyers.

After President Chen Shanrong's speech, Zhou Xinghai introduced the basic situation of the Liuzhou lawyer industry party organization with the theme of "Party Building Promotes Personal Business Growth". Lawyer Zhou emphasized: "Young lawyers must have a firm political stance and resolutely support the Communist Party of China. Without the Communist Party, there would be no new China. Young lawyers should carry out more party building activities and law firm public welfare activities, and assume social responsibilities, which is conducive to broadening the business sources of young lawyers, and this is also the responsibility and responsibility of young lawyers."

Subsequently, Zeng Feng, Liao Qifang, and Zhao Jianyong, three students from the first phase of the Guangxi Young Lawyers Leading Talents Training Camp, shared their experiences as lawyers, focusing on how to gain an advantage in the increasingly fierce competition, how to solve the problems they encountered in their own development, and how to achieve something in the legal profession, and gave the students a lot of practical experience.

After listening to the sharing speeches of senior lawyers, the students present felt a lot and responded enthusiastically. Many students asked their predecessors questions about the problems and confusions they encountered in their own practice. From how to choose between team development and individual fighting alone, to how to realize the transformation from "novice" to "big coffee" when just entering the industry, whether the professional choice should be changed in time according to the actual situation.... The senior lawyers answered with their own experiences and provided the students with multi-angle and multi-level methods, providing the students with more "pit avoidance" experience in their future career paths.

At the end of the meeting, Vice President Li Jie made a concluding speech on this theme exchange meeting. First of all, he shared his experience in the legal profession, encouraged the students to exercise themselves and be good at learning, and emphasized the importance of "taking every step in a down-to-earth manner" for a lawyer's career. Secondly, he also reminded the students to have a certain understanding of their own characteristics, clarify their areas of expertise, and stick to the direction they have chosen.
