Recently, the Party Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association issued the "Decision of the Party Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Lawyers Association on Commending Advanced Party Organizations, Outstanding Communist Party Members, and Outstanding Party Workers in the Guangxi Lawyers Industry in 2019", deciding to commend 10 advanced Party organizations, 20 outstanding Communist Party members, and 10 outstanding Party workers. Among them, Zhang Xiangyu from the Tongwang Party Branch was named an outstanding Communist Party member in the Guangxi lawyers industry in 2019.

In 2019, Zhang Xiangyu led the Tongwang Intellectual Property team to launch the "Tongwang Intellectual Property Public Welfare Wanlixing Free Trademark Registration to the Countryside" public welfare activity, striving to take two years to enter characteristic agricultural counties, townships, and villages to contribute to the implementation of the trademark brand strategy for agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in Guangxi.
