The celebration of the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and legal training series activities, jointly organized by the Party branches of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, Guangxi Zhongwei Law Firm, Guangxi Zhengtaihe Law Firm, and Guangxi Zhihe Law Firm, received a strong response after the first stop was held at Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm. It was unanimously agreed that the activity was novel in form and effective. Therefore, the second legal training activity was held as scheduled in the conference room of Zhongwei Law Firm before the Dragon Boat Festival.
Chen Xin, Deputy Director of Liuzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and Secretary of the Party Committee of Liuzhou Lawyers Industry, was also invited to participate in this event. Secretary Chen Xin delivered a passionate speech before the start of the training activity, and said that this joint party building activity is an innovative organizational method and activity form, and also a bold attempt of party building work. It is hoped that this type of activity can summarize experience and form a mature plan for further promotion, driving the learning enthusiasm of the majority of lawyers.
This training was presided over by Li Jie, Secretary of the Party Branch of Zhongwei Law Firm. Chen Shanrong, Director of Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, conducted a special training entitled "Legal Review of Construction Project Construction Contracts (EPC)". Chen Shanrong gave an in-depth and simple explanation from nine aspects, including the difference between engineering general contracting and traditional contracting contracts, how to select the contractor method, how to select a qualified contractor, and the pricing method to be determined for bidding (or contract), and shared his relevant experience in handling construction project cases with the participants.
Through the development of joint party building activities, the communication and exchange between the party branches of the law firms has been strengthened, the professional level of lawyers has been improved, and the goal of promoting the construction of the firm through party building and strengthening the business through party affairs has been achieved.
