On May 23, 2020, a group of 7 people from the Investment and Financing Legal Service Team of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Legal Service Team") went to Guangxi Changjiang Tiancheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changjiang Tiancheng Group") to conduct a special training on legal risk prevention and control. More than 100 middle and senior managers from the group and its branches, subsidiaries, and joint ventures attended the training. When the Legal Service Team provided perennial legal advisory services to Changjiang Tiancheng Group, it took the initiative to analyze and summarize the litigation cases involved in the past 5 years and formed the "Legal Risk Control Report". This training is based on the content of the "Legal Risk Control Report" and aims to improve employees' risk prevention awareness and legal awareness, and reduce the legal risks in the process of enterprise management.

At the training site, lawyer Huang Jiaqi (intern) gave a keynote speech on the "Legal Risk Control Report", first analyzing the types of cases involving real estate enterprises, agricultural production enterprises, and accommodation and catering enterprises in the country in 2019; then deeply elaborated on the types of litigation cases involving Changjiang Tiancheng Group in the past 5 years, and analyzed in detail that the main disputes in the litigation cases were generated in the process of contract signing and performance; finally, the legal risk prevention of various types of litigation cases was listed. In the interactive Q&A session, the trainees asked some questions encountered in the actual performance of the contract, and lawyers from the Legal Service Team such as Xu Xiaoye analyzed the contract clauses involved in these questions and put forward legal suggestions for solving the problems.
