Recently, affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the 7th meeting of the 9th Guangxi Lawyers Association Council was held online via video. The meeting reported on the 2019 performance evaluation of the special committees of the Guangxi Lawyers Association. After deliberation by all directors, the outstanding special committees, outstanding directors, and outstanding members of the 9th Guangxi Lawyers Association for 2019 were selected. Five lawyers from our firm, Sheng Guohua, Wu Jing, Li Caihong, Chen Zhen, and Zhang Xiangyu, were named outstanding members of the special committees of the Guangxi Lawyers Association for 2019.

Sheng Guohua is the Deputy Director and Senior Partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, and a member of the Finance and Taxation Law Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association.

Sheng Guohua worked in the State Administration of Taxation for many years, mainly engaged in tax inspection and tax rule of law. He has rich practical experience and systematic theoretical knowledge, and personally investigated and organized the investigation of many major tax-related cases. Wu Jing is a senior partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, a member of the Real Estate Professional Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association, a real estate economist, a qualified real estate agent, and an outstanding lawyer in Guangxi.

Wu Jing worked as a full-time legal counsel in a large state-owned real estate enterprise for as long as 9 years, fully participating in the legal affairs of the entire process of real estate development projects. She effectively handled various types of disputes in various stages such as land acquisition, surveying, design, construction project bidding, reporting and construction, construction, sales, and property management. She has rich experience in handling comprehensive legal affairs of enterprises, and has considerable research on real estate cooperative development, private financing, and capital operation. Li Caihong's main areas of expertise are construction engineering and real estate legal affairs, investment and financing legal affairs, and corporate governance legal affairs. In particular, she has in-depth research on the legal theory and practice of construction engineering and real estate fields. She has published many articles in national media, special publications, and well-known public accounts. During her practice, she has served many government agencies, enterprises, and institutions.

Zhang Xiangyu, member of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association, partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, director of the Intellectual Property Legal Affairs Department, the first Guangxi Intellectual Property Star, a young and middle-aged expert in Guangxi Intellectual Property (Patent), and an outstanding member of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association in 2017 and 2018.

Zhang Xiangyu has been engaged in intellectual property agency and enterprise intellectual property management for a long time, and has represented a series of typical and representative intellectual property cases. He has rich experience in the field of intellectual property legal services. The "Copyright Infringement Dispute Case of Guangxi Nandan Mo Laoye Winery Co., Ltd. v. Guangxi Dongcang Yuanjiang Gongjiu Winery Co., Ltd." represented by him was selected as one of the "Top Ten Intellectual Property Trial Cases of Guangxi Courts in 2019".
