In the face of the epidemic, accelerating the legislation of regulations on the protection of wild animals to provide guidance to the public can not only effectively promote the prevention of major public health risks and protect the physical health of the people, but also is an important means to maintain biodiversity and ecological balance. The Legislative Affairs Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Autonomous Region took the lead in drafting the "Regulations on the Protection of Wild Animals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Draft)". The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on enterprises is huge, and there is an urgent need for professional lawyers to help them overcome difficulties. Tongwang young lawyers answered legal questions for more than 330 enterprises and other economic organizations through the Internet, telephone, WeChat and other means; issued 27 written reminders of relevant risks in project promotion during the epidemic to construction units; and issued 13 legal opinions on relevant issues in production, operation and management.

Lawyer Xu Xiaoye first informed Company A that Nanning had introduced policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises to maintain business and stabilize development, including measures to reduce and exempt rent, and combined with the actual situation of Company A to analyze and put forward professional legal opinions. Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm has been serving as the perennial legal counsel of China National Petroleum Corporation Guangxi Petrochemical Company since 2019. From February to May 2020, it was the time for Guangxi Petrochemical Company's four-year overhaul.  On February 29, Tongwang young lawyers Xiong Wei, Feng Shunqiang, and Huang Xuni, representing the administrator of Guangxi Nanning Fengdeng Chemical Co., Ltd., under the supervision and guidance of the Long'an County Court, transferred the company's factory area to the investor who resumed production and operation, and started the resumption of work and production of the bankrupt enterprise. On the morning of March 13, the administrator organized a meeting to promote the resumption of work and production in front of the company's factory office building. More than 20 employee representatives from the Long'an County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the court, and the company attended the meeting.
