Lawyer Huang Qiangguang is a nationally renowned expert in construction engineering and real estate legal affairs. The authoritative national legal publishing house published his personal monographs "Construction Engineering Contracts" and "Analysis of Judicial Frontier Issues in Construction Engineering Contract Disputes" in 1999 and 2010 respectively, both widely distributed nationwide. In January 2009, Lawyer Huang was awarded the title of "Pioneer in Legal System Construction in the Field of Construction on the 30th Anniversary of China's Reform and Opening-up".
